The gardens and the pool are nice, clean and well kept. Beautiful old trees. My hotel room was quite big, AC or open windows. Coffee machine and filters when requested, the same goes for bottled water. Hot water at all hours for shower or tub. The hacienda type building is spacious but there are few comfortable zones for chats or reading. Reception and bell boys are very nice and helpful. Good waiters that need better equipment.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. They made the stay fantastic. The grounds are beautiful. The hotel is in a lovely area.

Very close to zocalo... And the templo.. The city is very nice The room ok..

Great hotel for a few days with plenty of facilities, perhaps a bit dated but super clean, some food is good specially at breakfast and has got a heated pool
